When regional artisanal and organic farmers are in need of someone who will buy their vegetables who don’t have the proper looks,or who are harvested in season at bad market prices. When trouble arrives. They can contact us and we’ll preserve them in a delicious way.
We make delicious preserves to be used in our catering business and maybe later launched in the market.
