Our philosophy is Bright Green in which we mean that it is the industry itself that has to change and not so much the consumer. To be able to offer a sustainable service to other companies is the key to grow to a more sustainable world. Our industries should partly decentralize in the future including the food industry and this will only be possible through more and better technology. The primary industry is victim of “Economies of Scale” and will have to “devictimize” by decentralisation for e.g. specialty crops.
Green Gastronomy is ready to introduce sustainability to culinary events and be a reference in this niche market.
